These AMAZING human beings saved us a few days ago. We blew a tire on our toy hauler just around the corner. We called Signature Tire and they had a set there to sell us and time to do it right away! We limped over and pulled into the lot. Both men went to work and it was all finished in less than an hour. We hung out with our dogs in the park while they did the swap over. This kind of service is above and beyond. Thank you guys SO MUCH! Darrell & Tracy from Penticton.
Excellent service this morning when an issue came up suddenly before our long road trip today. Fixed it quickly and kindly. So grateful we googled and found your shop. Thank you so very much!
These guys wouldn't install my wife's tires because they were purchased online. They knew she was coming with her own tires but did not provide any notice prior to her arrival of issues related to online purchases. Instead, it was not until she dropped it off and returned to work she was informed that they would not install them. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.
Amazing service!! They were able to squeeze us in on a long weekend Friday afternoon for an AC evacuation & refill but we only ended up needing a fluid top up. The owner was great to deal with. We are so grateful! Freezing cold AC is definitely needed in this 40° weather! Highly recommend :)
Excellent service, friendly staff, good price. While on an trip from the Kootenays to Vancouver I discovered my brakes went soft due to a leak. The staff were able to get a replacement part from Penticton and have me back on the road in a few hours, and for less than I expected. Only good things to say about my experience. I highly recommend this repair shop.
